There are NO returns accepted without a return authorization number (RAN)!
If you or the receiver refuses a shipment upon delivery you will be refunded ONLY the purchase price of the item minus a 15% restocking charge.
You CAN NOT purchase an item to see if you like it, or it fits in a space where you want to display it, etc. etc. . You should try Wal-mart or Kmart if you need this kind of return policy. We do NOT adhear to those policies!!
SHIPPING--
GROUND ORDERS are shipped 1-3 days after the order is placed. These orders are not Guaranteed to be delivered on an the exact date the tracking information stated. There will be NO shipping refunds for that reason.
NEXT DAY AND 2ND DAY ORDERS are shipped the next business day unless stated otherwise at the top of the HOME PAGE.
